• Selecting components & systems that are climate specific while taking into consideration the owner’s aesthetics & budget.

• Assist in the development of contract language for builders & subcontractors to insure that your home will perform as intended.

• Perform a room-by-room ACCA Manual J calculation to properly size the HVAC system, as well as, determine the optimal distribution of conditioned air for each room.

• Perform a ACCA Manual D duct design process to scientifically insure proper air flow. Provide a comprehensive layout to insure proper duct location & sizing.

• Provide ongoing assisting with any issues may arise during the entire construction process.
